The founding stone of Ayna was laid in the 1960’s with the vision of the late Tulshi Das Sarkar, by giving life to the Sarkar Soap Factory. From its humble beginning at Mathabhanga, a small town in North Bengal, it became one of the leading manufacturers of the finest quality laundry soaps.

Today, with the guidance and leadership of the visionary Arindam Sarkar, we are reaching new heights. His pursuit of perfection has garnered him numerous awards, including a National Award for entrepreneurship. To keep in pace with the changing trends and demands, we have established Mathabhanga Chemicals & Detergents Pvt. Ltd., a state-of-the-art factory located at Fulbari, Jalpaiguri. Since 1998, our keen eye for innovation has propelled us to success with our new brands of detergent powder.
